As a Sales Representative at Direct Global Genetics, you will be the primary point of contact for cattle producers looking to improve their herds with top-quality Wagyu and Simmental genetics.
You will manage existing client relationships, develop new business across your region, and represent DGG at industry events and trade fairs. Working closely with our technical team, you will provide expert advice on breed selection, semen programs, and herd improvement strategies.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Build long-term relationships with cattle producers, AI technicians, and veterinarians
- Present our bull catalog and genetics programs to prospective clients
- Attend livestock shows, breed association events, and agricultural fairs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional materials
- Report weekly on pipeline activity and market developments
